With over fifteen years of experience overseeing daily operations in fast-paced environments, Rose excels in payroll administration, staff management, budgeting, and implementing operational improvements. Rose is focused on streamlining office processes, supporting employee needs, and driving overall office efficiency across multiple locations. Her passion for creating a positive work environment and her dedication to team development make her a valuable asset to the company. Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and hunting for treasures at antique shops.
Heather Gunn
Property Manager Director
Heather is a native North Carolinian and has been with RPM since 2017 as Property Manager Director. She boasts more than 30 years of experience in the field of property management. She prides herself on conducting business with integrity and is proud to provide support and guidance to her team to successfully maneuver difficult situations to conclusion. She enjoys her hobby farm which includes chickens, horses, a turtle, and of course, cats and dogs.
Courtney Catanese
Leasing and Operations Manager
Courtney brings a background of construction project management and banking compliance to her role here as Leasing and Operations Manager. She strives to increase the efficiency of the team overall by ensuring all our systems are up to date and working together to the best of their ability. Outside the office, she enjoys grabbing a cocktail with her husband or playing with their four cats.
Kelly Long
Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager at RPM Wake, Kelly entered the real estate and property management industry in 2018. Originally from Miami, FL, Kelly has lived in the Raleigh area for more than a decade, using local knowledge to assist both seasoned investors and first-time landlords. Passionate about building strong relationships with property owners, Kelly ensures their investments are well-managed and profitable. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys exploring local record stores for rare vinyl and hiking with their dog, Stella. This blend of expertise and personal passion makes Kelly a trusted partner for all your property management needs.
Leah Ward
Property Manager
With more than five years of experience with Real Property Management, Leah has climbed the ladder from leasing agent to property manager. She plays a key role in facilitating an efficient flow of move-ins and move-outs. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations, continuously talking with owners, tenants, and vendors alike. Outside of her professional role, Leah enjoys running with her run club, and will be running in the 2025 Chicago Marathon!
Jessica Farrell
Assistant Property Manager
With over ten years of experience in property management, Jessica enjoys being helpful to clients and coworkers alike to aid in smooth operations. She enjoys problem-solving to innovate or clarify systems and processes. In her personal life, she loves being out in nature, taking walks, and sneaking off to the beach as much as possible. She is also a big fan of cats.

Leasing Coordinator
Cosett is the Leasing Coordinator at RPM, where she has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in property management since 2020. Starting as an administrative assistant with a strong background in customer service, Cosett soon joined the applications team, taking on more responsibilities as her experience grew. Now, as part of her role in leasing, she also manages lease renewals, bringing a blend of expertise and dedication to her work. Outside the office, Cosett is a devoted mother who cherishes quality time with her family.

Leasing Coordinator
Bruce Colina is a Leasing Coordinator with over 8 years of diverse experience across customer service, office management, and leasing. His comprehensive background has equipped him with strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability, enabling him to streamline leasing processes, build lasting client relationships, and enhance operational efficiency. Bruce’s attention to detail and commitment to service excellence has consistently contributed to the success of his team and the satisfaction of tenants.

With six plus years of experience in property insurance, Gen has developed strong skills in risk management, customer service, and property assessments. Transitioning into the role of Leasing Coordinator, Gen applies this expertise to streamline leasing processes, foster positive relationships with tenants, and ensure smooth property management operations. Known for attention to detail and effective communication, Gen has contributed to improving lease processing times and enhancing applicant and tenant satisfaction. Head of Accounting
Clint joined the Real Property Management Team in 2023 and serves as the Head of Accounting for the company. Clint has worked in the field of accounting for over sixteen years. Clint’s attention to detail, accurate reporting, and dependability are vital to the company’s overall financial success. He’s always willing to step in and assist where needed. In his free time, Clint enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He’s an avid UNC basketball fan and sports enthusiast.

Accounting Administrator
Patti has been a valued member of the Real Property Management team since 2020, serving as the Accounting Administrator. In her role, Patti is responsible for processing owner payments, managing check runs, and ensuring timely payment of bills. She also conducts thorough audits to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department. New to her role at Real Property Management, Sol is already making a meaningful impact, bringing her dedication and eagerness to learn to the team every day. Started in 2024 as an assistant in the Accounting Department, Jane has already proven herself to be a key contributor to the smooth and efficient operation of our accounting processes. She brings strong expertise in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and has played a crucial role in streamlining reporting and accounting workflows. Jane’s initiative and commitment to excellence have made a noticeable impact, helping to improve overall efficiency within the department. Field Technician
Professionally, Jon comes with 16 years of experience in the facility service and textile industry, following 3 years as a department manager in the retail sector. His extensive background reflects strong leadership and adaptability across diverse business environments. Jon is a devoted husband and father, happily married and the proud dad of a college student. He shares his home with his wife and their playful cat. An avid sports fan, Jon loves both football and hockey, rarely missing a game and enjoying spirited discussions about his favorite teams. When he’s not cheering from the stands or in front of the TV, he loves to travel, exploring new destinations and cultures with his family.
Ryan Kauffman
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Ryan is the managing partner helping direct overall company operations plus strategic planning. With over 20+ years of experience in property management, rental property investing, property acquisitions, and property financing. Also, previous background experience in the insurance risk management business lends a unique set to real estate operations. Outside of the business, Ryan enjoys time with family at the beach or mountains, as well as traveling to new places.
Brent Morris
Co-Founder & Business Development Director
Brent is the Business Development Director and also serves as the broker for the Winston-Salem office. With over 15 years of property management and investment property real estate experience, Brent has been a leader with Real Property Management of the Triad for well over a decade. Brent is a former engineer with experience in manufacturing and process improvement which lends a unique skill set to the residential property management industry. Outside of work, Brent enjoys leisure time with his wife and four children either at Oak Island or in the mountains of North Carolina.
